Cater-Up Catering follows the HACCP health & safety standards. (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This is a systematic preventive approach to food safety. At all times we maintain a standard of hygiene and cleanliness, in agreement with appropriate by-laws and food safety regulations, including correct food storage and handling, All staff are trained in food hygiene systems. Our commercial kitchen is a licensed food premise.

An invoice will be emailed to you once the order is delivered.
Any lost or broken platters or equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
